Shipping Policy

We ship to most countries worldwide unless restricted by law, embargo, or carrier limitations. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your country, please contact us before placing an order.

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Larger or customized orders may require more time, which we will notify you about in advance.

Estimated delivery times:

• European Union: 3–7 business days
• United States: 5–12 business days
• Rest of World: 5–16 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order value. Free shipping may apply during promotional periods or for qualifying orders.

We package items carefully, but please notify us within 5 business days if your order arrives visibly damaged, including photo evidence. Once items are handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk transfers to you.

Import taxes, duties, or clearance fees (where applicable) are your responsibility. If you refuse delivery or fail to pay these charges, return shipping and original shipping costs will not be refunded.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. All orders are shipped under Incoterms® 2020 DAP unless otherwise agreed.

Returns Policy

If you are a consumer (B2C Customer), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that:

• are perishable or have a short shelf life (e.g., food products);
• have been unsealed and are no longer suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons;
• were customized or made to your specifications.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned goods must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued after we inspect the returned goods and confirm they meet our return conditions. In many cases, refunds are processed faster, but you should expect it to be completed within 4 weeks from when you ship the return.

For business (B2B) customers, returns are only accepted in case of defective items or where otherwise agreed in writing.
