Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy forms part of Our overall Terms and Conditions and applies to all Orders placed via Our Website by both business (B2B) and individual (B2C) Customers. By placing an Order, You agree to the conditions outlined herein.

1. Shipping Destinations

1.1. We ship Goods to most countries worldwide unless restricted by applicable law, embargoes, or logistics providers.

1.2. If You are unsure whether We can ship to Your country, please contact Us prior to placing an Order.

1.3. Shipping availability is subject to change without notice.

2. Order Processing Time

2.1. Standard Orders are processed within 5 Business Days following payment confirmation.

2.2. Larger or customized Orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to You if applicable.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

3.1. Goods are shipped using standard or express shipping services, based on the method selected during checkout.

3.2. Estimated delivery times:

  • European Union: 3–7 Business Days
  • United States: 5–12 Business Days
  • Rest of World: 5–16 Business Days

3.3. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs procedures, weather, public holidays, or operational issues with the Carrier.

4. Shipping Costs

4.1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, total weight, and Order value.

4.2. Free shipping may apply to qualifying Orders or during promotional periods, as determined by Us.

5. Packaging and Handling

5.1. Goods are packaged using materials appropriate to their nature to ensure adequate protection during transit.

5.2. If You require special handling instructions, please notify Us at the time of placing Your Order.

6. Taxes and Duties

6.1. For EU Customers, VAT is calculated based on the shipping country and may be included depending on the country. This will be itemized on the invoice.

6.2. All Customers (both within and outside the EU) are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and clearance fees.

6.3. We are not liable for any customs delays, charges, or refusals.

6.4. If You refuse to pay applicable import charges and the Goods are returned, You remain liable for the original shipping costs and may not be eligible for a full refund.

6.5. If You require specific export documentation, please inform Us prior to shipment.

7. Delivery and Risk Transfer

7.1. Goods are deemed delivered once transferred to the Carrier. At this point, risk of loss or damage passes to You.

7.2. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7.3. In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information, additional charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

8.1. Please inspect the Goods upon receipt.

8.2. Any visible damage must be reported to Us within 5 Business Days of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.

8.3. Failure to report within this period constitutes acceptance of the Goods.

8.4. For lost shipments, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

8.5. We are not responsible for damage or loss occurring after the Goods are handed to the Carrier.

9. Returns and Exchanges

9.1. B2C Customers: You may be eligible to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days, in accordance with EU law, except for Goods that:

  • a) are perishable or have a short shelf life (e.g., food products);
  • b) have been unsealed and are no longer suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons;
  • c) were customized or made to Your specifications.

9.2. B2B Customers: Returns are only accepted for defective Goods or where otherwise agreed in writing.

9.3. Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, and at Your expense unless due to Our error. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

9.4. Refunds are issued after We inspect and confirm the returned Goods meet Our return conditions.

10. Payment and Dispatch

10.1. Goods will only be dispatched after We receive full payment for the Order.

10.2. We do not currently offer Net Terms (invoice-based deferred payment).

10.3. If Your company requires alternative payment arrangements, please contact Us before placing Your Order.

10.4. All prices and charges are displayed in EUR (€) unless otherwise noted.

11. Additional Information

11.1. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

11.2. Risk of loss passes to the Customer once the Goods are handed to the Carrier.

11.3. Customs delays or local restrictions are beyond Our control.

11.4. This Policy is governed by and subject to the same jurisdiction and law as Our Terms and Conditions.
