Orders are typically processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Larger or customized orders may require more time, which we will notify you about in advance.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order value. Free shipping may apply during promotional periods or for qualifying orders.
We package items carefully, but please notify us within 5 business days if your order arrives visibly damaged, including photo evidence. Once items are handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk transfers to you.
Import taxes, duties, or clearance fees (where applicable) are your responsibility. If you refuse delivery or fail to pay these charges, return shipping and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. All orders are shipped under Incoterms® 2020 DAP unless otherwise agreed.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned goods must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued after we inspect the returned goods and confirm they meet our return conditions. In many cases, refunds are processed faster, but you should expect it to be completed within 4 weeks from when you ship the return.
For business (B2B) customers, returns are only accepted in case of defective items or where otherwise agreed in writing.
